Green salads don't have to be boring

Try adding breaded and fried squash blossoms to baby spinach leaves for a refreshing twist to the every day salad.

    That does look pretty boring... the squash blossoms sound wonderful... for those of us who can't find squash blossoms; what about strawberries and nuts with a sweet balsamic vinaigrette?
